Celtics outlast Wizards

Fresh off their loss at home against the Lakers, the Celtics gave up on rue and stormed back on the road, touching down in the nation's capital to best the Wizards in a one-sided affair, save for a slight scare when Washington cut Boston's lead to 10, courtesy of John Wall, who poured in 30+ points in the loss.

Jason Terry, who has been swept up by trade winds lately, redeemed himself for a terrible performance against the Lakers. The Celtics regained their breezy flow on the court for this game, one led by the reserve unit. Even rookie center Fab Melo scored in double digits, along with an auspicious showing by Rondo's backup PG, Avery Bradley.

Despite this cozy victory, the Celtics still must wonder why they keep letting the anxiety of "big time" showdowns bog them down unlike tonight.
